1. Pull-out pipe, which can wash 8 pieces 6-liter (or smaller) canister at a time;

2. Standard oil-free vortex vacuum pump, pumping speed up to 300 L/min, extreme vacuum (40mTorr); optional oil-free molecular diaphragm pump and molecular turbine pump, extreme vacuum (10mTorr);

3. Heating oven power 2.4 kW, temperature control accuracy ± 2℃, heating temperature room temperature + 10℃ ~220℃;

4. All the operations are controlled by the computer. The intuitive graphical operation software can display the dynamic flow path changes in real time.

Ontech830 Automatic canister cleaning system adopts two control mode: computer and touch screen, with flexible and convenient operation, QA / QC report print output, suitable for air sampling with different specifications of SUMMA  Canister (1 / 3 / 6L), Tedlar® air bag, it can  automatic clean and  automatic humidify,  realize the recycling of sampling containers, and effectively remove the residual VOCs in the sampling canister or air bag.
